Course Description

Gratitude, often underestimated in its transformative potential, goes beyond occasional moments of thankfulness to a powerful, life-changing skill when actively practiced. Common recommendations like maintaining a gratitude journal are just initial steps, and simplistic approaches may lead to abandonment when immediate results aren't apparent. However, a consistent, active gratitude practice encourages a profound shift in perspective and the ability to shape a better future. This course focuses on mastering gratitude as a mental process through a structured Gratitude Workout. The approach is neutral to any religious, spiritual, or meditative background. Part one of the course lays a foundation for guiding individuals to understand the different parts gratitude as well as take a more active approach to practicing it. Part two of the course offers detailed exercises to help train you to practice gratitude in a variety of ways to unleash its potential for meaningful, positive change.
